How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Heroboots Roofing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Heroboots Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a contractor we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start with the contractor. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A contractor who often falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Heroboots Roofing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a contractor's work. We cannot make decisions for a contractor.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@heroboots.world. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want from us

After You Write

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include talking to the contractor. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
